We
are now offering a Saturday morning class at the Mandala Yoga Sanctuary with
Ellen Levy.
Saturdays
8:30am - 9:45am
Ellen will also be teaching every
Monday & Wednesday
7:45am - 8:45am - Mixed Level Hatha Yoga
10:00am-11:30am- Basic Hatha Yoga
Private classes are available - $65.00 hr.
MONTHLY REIKI SHARE
Reiki
Practitioners of all levels join together to give and receive group Reiki.
Reiki Masters are present for learning and guidance. No charge.
We meet the 1st Saturday of each month.
A pot-luck follows the Reiki Share.

TANTRA
We
are pleased to offer an Introduction to Tantra with local tantra teachers, Richard
and Diana Daffner.
Richard and Diana are both Certified Sexologists, affiliated with the Midwest
Institute of Sexology,
and have been married for twenty years. Their mission is to provide inspiration
and education in
Sacred Loving for all couples, everywhere. Join us and learn ancient techniques
to
take your relationship to the next level of pleasure and fulfillment.

This
class will be open to couples and singles.
$20 per person/$35 couples
