Harmony Ananda has been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation for over
30 years. She is certified as a teacher of TriYoga™‚ a flowing and
complete system of hatha yoga which integrates posture, mudra and breath,
originated by American master yogini, Kali Ray.
She studied with Kali Ray for 14 years.

She is also certified in Kripalu Yoga, Laughter Yoga and is a Registered 500 hour
Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She was first trained by Maharishi Mahesh
Yogi as a teacher of Transcendental Meditation.   Harmony is also a dedicated World Peace Representative with the World Peace Prayer Society.

Harmony has a degree in Dance and Communications. She teaches yoga and meditation with a focus on LONGEVITY.  She offers yoga classes yoga vacations and teacher trainings in beautiful spots around the worldHarmony also teaches yoga on cruise ships including:  Carnival's Ecstasy, the Royal Clipper & Star Clipper fleet, and the Jubilee in destinations like France, Italy, Key West,
Tampa, New Orleans, Ocho Rios Jamaica, Barbados, St. Martins, St. Lucia, & St. Barts.

Harmony's current passion is Ecstatic Kirtan. She produced Harbin Hot Springs's 1st Kirtan Gathering, July 17-20, 2009 and currently hosts Kirtan musicians from around the world to celebrate through music and dance the joy of human birth and enlightenment.
